Energy healing vs. quantum Hypnotherapy

What are the differences between energy healing such as Reiki and Hypnotherapy?

Holistic Healing is a complicated topic to navigate. I, Dr. Kas, am writing this article from my understanding and perspectives. I do not claim to be an all knowing guru but I will share what my journey has led me to believe. Some of it, I am still navigating and discovering.

I believe, we have a soul that is infinite, a higher self that remembers all of our past, present, and future, the akashic records that are the records that keep the records of our past, present, and future, our physical body that is this life, our energetic and emotional body that is closely connected to this physical body and this life, as well as our mentality which can be conscious and subconscious mind. These are all intertwined.

When we talk about healing, there is the healing of the energy aspect and then the healing in the mind.

Thoughts create energy and energy also affects the mind. The mind and thoughts affect behavior. Therefore, I view healing to be targeted in two big domains:

1) Spiritual and Higher Realm/dimension

2) Lower dimension close to physical and mental well-being

For the Lower dimension closer to physical aspect, I then break it into three parts:

a. purely energy aspect

b. energy aspect closer to the mind and physical body

c. the mental mind which is conscious & subconscious

The healing I practice and provide as services is channeled both to 1) The Spiritual and Higher Realm/dimension and 2) Lower dimension close to physical and mental well-being.

For the Lower dimension close to physical and mental well-being, energy healing such as remote healing, activation, reiki, chakras clearing are targeted to help with 2a and 2b. Now, where does the hypnotherapy come in? Hypnotherapy directly affects our subconscious mind which, in turn, affect our conscious mind and behaviors. The conscious mind and behaviors. Both subtle energy and thoughts and behaviors both contribute to our well being.
